GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The local coordinator need not intimate the member colleges regarding date, venue and  reporting time. (please  see the calendar )

  1. Eligibility   proforma  of the players  are to be made available ( for verification ) to the local Sports Secretary, prior to the commencement of the tournament.

  1. Teams must be accompanied by the Physical director / Physical directress / Teaching staff

  1. Teams  will not be entertained with out team manager

  1. Staff member (Teaching staff) other than Physical director who accompanies the teams shall produce the authorization letter from the principal of the concerned college.

  1. Participating teams will requested to contact the local convener well in advance to enable him to providing Transport, Boarding and Lodging facilities.  Caution deposit  Rs. 250.00 will be collected for accommodation (refundable)

  1. The teams should bring tournament balls, bats and necessary bedding equipments.

  1. The newly admitted players are eligible to participate in any game, only after the official reopening date (as announced by the Director, Academic Courses, Anna University ) for the programme to which he/she is admitted.

  1. Copies of +2 / SSLC  mark sheet  ( for UG students ), Degree / Provisional certificates (for PG students) and fee receipts  ( for newly admitted students ) are to be enclosed along with Eligibility  Proforma.
