  7. If the students were absent, physically, it may be marked as absent even though he or she has applied for OD or attending any programme.  Only after the production of necessary OD signed by class coordinator and HOD or event incharge, attendance may be granted for such students.  Allot a space for marking such OD in the attendance column.
  8. If the class hours falls between nonconsecutive hours, attendance shall be marked in separate column.  Also for consecutive hours attendance shall be marked in separate columns (that is Mark only one hour in each column).
  9. Write or paste the Lecture plan in the assessment record as given in the Lecture Schedule.  Follow the order, do not interchange the units.  Avoid deviation from the actual.
  10. Additional columns may be added (in the space provided for test / assignment / internal mark calculation) so as to include marks allotted for test (15 marks) and attendance.  Show clearly the internal mark awarded.
  11. For the purpose of internal mark calculation, faculty shall take in to account of the sanctioned ODs as per attendance report, given by students section.
  12. Actual dates shall be entered immediately after the class is over.

  3. The counter file of the attendance slip shall retained by the concerned faculty till the internal mark is forwarded to University.
