Information Systems Support Group
With about 1000 computer systems, 30 Workstations and other IT infrastructure like Router, Network switches, UPS, Printers, Scanners etc., And website hosting by our college, the Management of KLNCE has decided to form a structured group to procure, install hardware and network related equipments, develop software for the college administration, wireless campus development and develop web applications. The other responsibilities of the group include training of students, staff, social groups and industry personnel in computer hardware and popular applications. The total cost of the computer systems has been estimated to be Rs.3 crores.
The group is functioning from May 2007.
The direction of the group is set by a senior administrative staff Dr. T.K.Mahendra Babu, Dean (ARD), coordinated by a computer professor N.Lakshmi Narasimman and managed by a team of Professionals – A.R.S.Sivakumar, B.R.Gopi and M.Sathish Kannan With their assistants.
