The area of the Chemistry laboratory is 2350 Sq. ft and it is provided with long & large working tables coated with acid resistant paints. The laboratory can accommodate 32 to 36 students at a time for the practical work. Separate store room and staff room are also provided.

Apart from the apparatus required for the volumetric experiments, Instruments like Digital Conductometer, Digital potentiometer, calomel electrodes, platinum electrodes and Digital pH meter needed for the electro chemistry experiments are also available. Digital Spectro photo meter and Digital flame photometer instruments needed for Anna university syllabus are also available. At present the department caters to the teaching needs of undergraduate engineering students.
