Thiru K.L.N.Krishnan - Founder President

K.L.N. Krishnan born in the year of revolution on 01-01-1918, an Industrialist trained in Japan. He is the Founder of jetpump industry, first in India.He runs a number of industries in the field of Pumps, Rubber, Steel, Foundry, etc. He is the District Commissioner Scouts more than 30 years. Awardee Survaloga Seva Ratna awarded by Kanchi Kamakotee Peetam Sankaracharya.Past President of Sourashtra college for 15 years, Founder President of K.L. Nagaswamy Memorial Sourashtra Polytechnic Council. He was the Chairman of Apex Association of Indo-Canadian Institutional Co-operation project sponsored by Government of India in Tamil Nad Ploytechnic, Madurai. President of Institute of Social Science, Madurai. Former Senate Member of Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai.Past President of Rotary Club of Madurai West and Governor group representative. He continues to serve the society in regard to Education particularly higher Technical Education in the most backward district of Pasumpon Muthuramalingam District in TamilNadu by bringing a College of Engineering to serve the society at large.

Thiru K.N.K. Ganesh B.E.,- President

The eldest son of the Founder President is also the President of K.L. Nagaswamy Memorial Polytechnic College. He had the rare privilege of having his Academic and Technical education and training in U.S.A. and in Japan. He is one of the past president of Lions Clubs International.

Thiru S.V.S.Shivnath B.Sc., B.E.,- Secretary

He is the Secretary of the college. He is the Lions Clubs International Past District Governor. He is also the Correspondent of the Sourashtra College and is responsible to get recognition for the Sourashtra Women’s college.

Thiru P.K.Mothilal - Treasurer

He is an Industrialist and also treasurer of Sourashtra College Council and K.L.Nagaswamy Memorial Polytechnic Colleg

Thiru K.N.K.Karthick B.E.,- Vice President

Born in the year 1956 in Madurai to Shree K.L.N.Krishnan & Smt. K.N.K.Indhra, Mr.K.N.K.Karthik has done his M.S., at Oklahma, USA after obtaining B.E., Degree in Mechanical Engineering at PSG Tech, Coimbatore. He is the Propreitor of Sri Krishna Foundry, Madurai, Managing Director of Krishna Pumps Pvt. Ltd., Madurai.Also an active member of various associations.

Thiru G.R. Radhakrishnan - Joint Secretary

He is the Joint Secretary. Past President of the Maditssia and Ex-Trustee in Maditssia Foundation. He is the Secretary in Sri Ramakrishna Samaj. E.C. Member in Sou. Girls Hr. Sec. School.

Thiru K.B. Radha Krishnan - GC Member

He is an Industrialist, Former General Secretary, Madurai Power Loom Cloth Manufacturing Association. Secretary, K.L.N. Memorial Polytechnic.

Dr.T.K.Mahendra Babu - Advisor
       BE, MTech ,PhD (UK), MBA , Senior Member IEEE, Fellow IE (Singapore), ISTE (Life member)

He obtained BE (Madras University, TCE), MTech (IIT- Madras) , Ph.D from the University of Bradford, UK in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and MBA from the University of Deakin, Australia. He has 43 years of experience in teaching, research and industry in various countries such as India, UK and Singapore. He has been with KLN College of Engineering for the past three years having held various responsibilities such as HOD(EEE-PG), HOD(ECE), HOD(MBA), Dean (Acad,R&D) (Academic and R&D) in the course of his service at KLNCE. He is also a recognized Ph.D supervisor of Anna University Chennai and Trichirappalli.

Currently he has been entrusted with the responsibility of Advisor to KLN College of Engineering and KLN College of Information Technology.

Dr.S.GANAPATHY B.Sc., B.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., - Principal

Dr.S.GANAPATHY - Principal of the college is a B.Sc. (Physics), B.E. (Mech. Engg.), M.Sc. (Engg) (Machine Design), Ph.D. (Mechanical Handling and Automation) and has 37 years of experience in teaching at U.G. & P.G. Click To view the Bio Data of Principal level in Engineering Colleges. He has served as Registar at Anna University, Dean of Engineering at Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai and Head of the Department of Production Engineering and Head of the Department of Rubber Technology and at various levels in teaching in Anna University during the years 1966 to 2003. Having Specialised in Manufacturing he has developed a good liaision between the College and the industries at Chennai, especially with automobile ancillary manufacturers. He has conducted about 60 numbers of Short-term update programmes specific to the needs of industries and serving engineers in the areas like CNC machines, Robotics, Mechatronics and Hydraulic pneumatic auomation He has guided Ph.D. students and research projects for Government of india organization like DRDL (Defence Research Development Laboratories), Hyderabad. He was awarded AIMO award for guiding the best B.Tech. Project during 1991-1992. With his vast experience in academics and administration, he has taken charge as Principal of K.L.N.College of Engineering which is well known for providing quality education and presently starting an M.E. Programme in Manufacturing Engineering.

Dr. L.V. Mohan B.E.(Hons), M.Tech, Ph.D.,- Vice Principal

He obtained his Master's Degree from IIT, Madras in Mechanical Engineering discipline with production Engineering specialisation. He has about 14 years of industrial experience in large engineering industries and visited many eastern coutries like Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan for machinery purchase and technology transfer. He has specialised in the area of metal forming and has presented many papers in National level seminars. He has been with K.L.N. College of Engineering from 1996 and headed Mechanical Engineering Department for 1 year and presently serving as Vice Principal.

Prof. R.T. Sakthidaran,B.E.(EEE) M.Tech(ELEC),DIP.IN MANAG.- Dean (ACADEMIC)

Prof. R.T. Sakthidaran is a Post Graduate from IIT, Madras with a Diploma in Management from AIMA, New Delhi. He has served 29 years in MECON Limited, Ranchi.. He has published several papers on “Automation” in conferences organized by industry and professional bodies. He has also published papers in management areas. He has a patent to his credit He has served as HOD of IT and MR for QMS (ISO 9001) for 6 years at KLNCE. He is a Life Fellow of IE (India), Senior Member of IEEE (USA). He is an IBM certified Database Associate and IRCA (UK) certificated QMS 2000 Auditor. He is the Vice Chairman of IEEE’s Engineering Management Society, Madras chapter. He has travelled widely in Russia, Germany, France and Netherlands. The Academic Dean is responsible for the quality of education at the College.
