To Promote the startup eco system among Students and staff. |
Our Institution is promoting innovation eco system through Innovation Promotion Cell and Institution Innovation council. The students are pitching their ideas and /or given seed fund for developing their proto types. Later it has been submitted in various forums and funding agencies like Tami nadu startup innovation, EDII,etc. this year our students won cash award Rs 25000/-by hacker spot innovative systems .organized by TNSI, Chennai. As an outcome of such an activity , we have five student startup established in our campus |

Train the trainer program through Naan Muthalvan scheme to inculcate cutting edge technologies to faculty members. |
We have organized train the trainer program on recent technologies like  concrete building system design, integrated building services, design of on/off grid PV system, digital marketing, software testing and automation, neural networks and deep learning, EV technology, Energy efficient building and cyber through Naan Muthalvan Faculty scheme and 436 faculties have been benefitted from this program. |

To motivate faculty to publish papers in Scopus/Web of Science Journals and patenting their innovation. |
A total of 147 research works have been published so far 38 in the UGC listed and 89 other peer reviewed journal, Faculty and students have jointly filed 2 patents and published in patent journal during the 2022-2023. |

To generate revenue through consultancy works , |
We have domain expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Management and IT having vast experiences in research and consultancy, as a part of consultancy work, we undertake in the areas of power quality, Energy Audit, E-commerce, asset valuation and quality concept practices. We have generated consultancy fund of Rs 12 lakhs during the academic year 2023-2024. |

Our students participated in TNSI contest and secured one lakh cash price. In Tenkasi startup innovation competition , our student won third place cash price of Rs 25000/- |
