1. All the Teaching, Supporting, Non-Teaching staff and students are the members of the Library.


2. While entering into the Library the members must show their ID card in the e-Gate entry system computer kept infront of the Library.


3. All the members must produce their “Barcode” pasted ID cards while borrowing the books and return of books.


4. Using of cell phones is prohibited in Library.


5. Complete silence is required inside the Library.


6. All the students are eligible to borrow 5 Books. Teaching Staff and PG Students can borrow 7 books. Non-teaching staff can also borrow 4 books. If a student, secures 7.5 GPA and above in the end semester examination, he/she may be permitted to borrow one more book from library.


7. All the members must return the borrowed books within one month time.  They may be permitted to extend for one more week. However the staff and students may retain 2 books, upto one semester. If a member does not return within the stipulated time, he/she has to pay an amount of Rs.2/- per book per day as administrative expense. 


8. If a borrower lost a book, he/she may purchase the same book from the market and replace it. If the borrower cannot purchase, in addition to the actual book price, an administrative charge of Rs.200 will be collected from the borrower. 


9. The students can access the video hall/E-Reference section for self learning and they have to maintain discipline. They can access the e resources available in intra/internet through the computer systems available in the reference section also. IEEE/JGate journals can also be accessed within the college campus. The students can download the journals and upload in their drive for their future reference.
